Standard School Day

Arrival

The standard school day begins at 7:45 a.m., but students may begin arriving on campus as early as 7:05 a.m. Upon arrival, students should report to the cafeteria for breakfast or to the gymnasium. At 7:25 a.m., they are dismissed to their classrooms.

Students must be in their classrooms by 7:45 am or they will be counted absent and must proceed to the front office to pick up a tardy slip. 

To be counted present for the day, children must attend school for at least 3.5 hours.

Dismissal

Buses arrive around 2pm. Please do not park in the pick-up area in front of the school during this time.

  • Walkers are released at the beginning of the dismissal period
  • Daycare Dismissal will begin at 2:38 p.m.
  • Bus Dismissal will begin at 2:40 p.m.
  • Car Rider Dismissal will begin at 2:45 p.m. Please have your car tag visible. If you don’t have your car tag, you will need to park in the tennis court parking lot area and enter the front office with your ID to sign out your child.

*If your child has any transportation changes, please write a note and send it in your communication folder or send a ParentSquare to the homeroom teacher. Please keep in mind that if your child has a substitute teacher, they will not have access to ParentSquare notes, so please call the office if you haven't received a response. Please have these turned in no later than 2pm.

Scheduled Half Days

On scheduled half days, school will dismiss at 11:15 a.m. Lunch will not be served.
